Good morning
We have flaxseed and buckwheat wraps in our house that we pop in the microwave when we are having aches and pains. The heat is very soothing.
I found these adorable dragon wraps on Etsy today at BGHBotanicals (Bluegrass Hollow Botanicals) They are filled with flax seed and lavender. The owner grows the herbs that fill these wraps. Be sure to click on the links above or the photos below, to view her other handcrafted creations.

Ahhh Mondays.
You know those Monday mornings when you wake up and you are sure that you’re sick? Can’t face the day? Then you remember that you have to be an adult and carry on? Me too. Sigh.
I found this Prescription Coffee that should help get us going. It will at least put a smile on your face. 🙂
This fun coffee comes from Shop Indulge Lititz on Etsy
Here is their About from their Etsy shop:

Good morning,
Apparently I am allergic to something and our crazy whip lash weather probably isn’t helping. 70F one day and 35F then next. I am feeling much like this little dragon below.

Good morning
I talk to people who have given up coffee due to acid reflux or heartburn and I feel sad for them, but never thought it would be me. Lately though, I can empathize.
I found this article on Sweatpants & Coffee today about this issue. The article discusses some of the things about coffee that can trigger acid reflux and heartburn. It also reviews types of coffee and brewing methods that can help you still enjoy your morning cup of coffee.

How to Choose the Perfect Coffee for people with Acid Reflux and Heartburn
Good morning,
I love dragons and I love gardening. Over the last few years, I have been accumulating a variety of succulents. When my friend Marielle sent me a link to Succulent Dragons it was a perfect combination.
From the artist website:
“From the artist that brought you Descants & Cadences, the Shadowscapes Tarot deck, and the Dreamscapes series of watercolor technique books!
Stephanie Law would love to share with you her latest project. Succulent Dragons & other insatiable garden denizens is an art coloring book whose illustrations bring to life a whimsical melding of nature and the fantastical. With the mandala-like patterns of garden succulents, combined with mythical creatures whose forms echo the botanical elements, the art from Succulent Dragons invites you to connect with nature and with the child within you.
Succulent Dragons will be funded via Kickstarter, and will be available for pre-order pledges with a current tentative launch date of February 20th. To be notified when the Kickstarter goes live, please contact stephlaw (at) gmail (dot) com with your request to be on the Succulent Dragon interest list. You can also follow at Patreon for behind the scenes views, videos, and insights into the creation of the book and the drawings to fill it. The book will be softcover, 64 pages with roughly 30 full page illustrations on 100lb paper, perforated pages for easy removal and retail for $22.00 (with a digital version download included). There will also be a digital version only download option for $12.00.”
