We are delighted you love this blend as much as we love making it! We are a small Fair Trade Company and roast these in small batches literally when you order it. After i infuse, i roast and then ship within 24 hours. Its as fresh as you can get with no short cuts, We don’t use gauges or gadgets, its completely eyeballed. its referred to as “romancing the bean” bringing a more natural and better roast with no burn.

** please note that the infusion process can take anywhere from five days to a week. During the holidays it is a very busy time and I am just one person handling the shop so if you need this by a specific date please make sure to let me know otherwise I will process this order is in the order that I receive them.
